Russell Scheider
Russell Scheider is a Kitchen and Bath Designer at Callier & Thompson in Manchester, MO. Russell has been a Kitchen and Bath Designer since 1990 and has designed and supplied cabinetry for several well know people such as - Greg Allman of the "Allman Brothers Band", John Schmotz of the "Atlanta Braves", Paula Dean - celebrity chef on the "Food Network", Dick Armitage - "U. S Deputy Secretary of State" and hundreds of other satisfied clients.
Russell's designs have been featured in several magazines - 2004 Coastal Living Magazine "Cottage of the Year", 2005 Hilton Head Island HBA "Kitchen or the Year", Kitchen and Bath Ideas and Cooking with Paula Dean just to name a few.
We went to Russell with an idea of what we wanted for our kitchen and bath but we also wanted it to be "Green". Russell went to work to find green products that would fit our desires. He found a wood called Lyptus that is a green product. Lyptus compares favorably with hardwood maple and in appearance it rivals cherry and mahogany. Our kitchen is very unusual with 160 degree angle and clear story windows that we want our cabinets to be below. Russell has put together a design that is absolutely breathtaking and has all of the design aspects that we wanted.
